This process gives the steak extra juiciness, tenderness and flavour. Carved tableside, we also warm up the carving knife in style with flames. And these are no ordinary knives. These are actual totally handmade, high quality knives crafted by our chef/owner, John Chan. Such, is the dedication to our craft as the only true Tomahawk specialist.
